The CQfd is one of the 7 wines of the year, chosen by the
Appellation of The Great Wines of
Cahors to be part of the very high end selection: CHARTE de QUALITÉ.
The training of the vine and the wine-making process follow a very
similar program to
the one of the first great growths of Bordeaux. The yield is limited to
20 hl by hectare.
The result is a
stunning, phenomenal wine. You really have to taste it to understand.
The whole farm is run
bio-organically, and certified by La Farre. |
